Section 3 — Custom Orders and All Sales Final Policy
Casa Hilo specializes in custom-embroidered and personalized items. The following terms apply to all orders:
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL for all embroidered and personalized items upon purchase. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once an order is placed.
• You are solely responsible for providing accurate information including monogram text, spelling, thread color selections, font choices, and design specifications. Casa Hilo is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
• Production times vary by item and order volume. Estimated production timelines are provided at the time of purchase and are not guaranteed. Casa Hilo is not liable for production delays.
• Shipping times vary by item, carrier, and destination. Estimated shipping timelines are not guaranteed. Casa Hilo is not responsible for carrier delays.
• A design proof may be provided for approval before production begins on larger or complex orders. Once a proof is approved, production proceeds and the order is non-cancellable.
• Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to natalie@shopcasahilo.com.
Section 4 — Pricing and Payment
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance. We accept the following payment methods:
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Square
• Apple Pay and Google Pay where available
• Buy Now Pay Later options where offered at checkout

We ship via USPS and other carriers. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Casa Hilo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Section 8 — Wholesale and B2B Orders
Wholesale customers purchasing through Faire or direct invoice are subject to separate wholesale terms provided at time of order. Wholesale orders are generally non-cancellable once confirmed.

All content on this website including images, graphics, logos, embroidery designs, and text is the property of Casa Hilo LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
